How This Data Is Collected
After Zai provides lender routing advice, users are asked: "Did this work? Track your outcome." Outcomes are self-reported by users and aggregated anonymously. No personally identifiable information is collected. All data is voluntary.
This is not a controlled study. Success rates reflect self-selected reporters and may not represent all users. The purpose is to build an empirical, transparent track record over time — not to claim scientific certainty.
Outcomes are self-reported by users. No PII collected. Not financial advice. OFI approval probability estimates are statistical models based on historical HMDA data — not guarantees of individual outcomes. All lenders listed are legitimate institutions.
