Simple version: If you subscribed to Zai for Brokers and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, email us and we will refund you — no questions asked.

1. Zai for Brokers — $49/month Subscription

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Month Only)

If you subscribe to Zai for Brokers for the first time and are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial payment, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.

Subsequent Months

After the first month, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your Gumroad account and will retain access until the end of the paid period.

2. How to Cancel

Log in to your Gumroad account at gumroad.com
Go to Library → Zai for Brokers → Manage Membership
Select "Cancel Subscription"
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of first payment
Include your Gumroad order number
Refunds processed within 5-10 business days via Gumroad

All free tools on FinanceRateCalc (OFI Dashboard, Denial Decoder, Zai for Borrowers, OFI Match, Appeal Letter Generator, OFI Futures) are provided at no charge and are not subject to refund policies.
