Where does your institution stand in the public record?

We publish FHA denial statistics computed from the complete federal HMDA file. Institutions are entitled to see their own numbers as we compute them — before anyone else asks about them — so this page assembles them on demand, at no cost and with no strings. Nothing here is sold, gated, or shared with anyone.

If you find an error in a figure, tell us: [email protected]. The methodology is published, the computation is reproducible from the public file, and we correct anything that is wrong — publicly.

How the adjustment works
Our independence rules, stated plainly

• No lender pays FinanceRateCalc anything, and no lender ever has.
• No figure is removed, softened, or delayed at any institution's request.
• Rankings are computed by published rule, not editorial judgment.
• Corrections are made when the arithmetic is wrong — and are published, not quietly applied.
• There is no advertising on this site and no paid placement of any kind.
If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on this page before it takes effect.
