The denial letter decoder has been retired.

It was a Zai chat that read a pasted denial letter and told the reader "the real reason". A model reading one letter is personal advice and an inference this site cannot stand behind. What replaces it is deterministic: the denial code lookup explains each HMDA reason code from the record, and the Denial Map lists the four steps after a denial.
